BENEFICE NEWS

Request to the all the members of the Benefice - Volunteers needed

We really need people to help in the operation of the Spring Café, which is our main outreach in Hunmanby.  The plan is for the Cafe to be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with a new menu. However, this cannot happen without new volunteers from the churches.  So initially we are going to concentrate on Thursdays and Fridays.    Can you offer to do a shift to take orders and serve? (2.5 hours per shift) on a Thursday or Friday once a month.   It doesn’t have to be the same shift each month. Please would you pray about it? The Spring & All Saints Church, Hunmanby

The Spring Café is re-organising its activities and the café opening hours.  

It is planned that the café will open with a new menu for 3 days per week on Thursday to Saturday.

Mondays to Wednesdays, the Spring building will only host group activities, at specific times.  The café will be closed – i.e. the café menu will not be available on those days.

During the month of April, the planning and organisation of these changes are taking place, so please see the diary below each week for the interim opening hours and menu availability.

Monday 8th April

Groups day in the Spring – the Café is closed.

From 9.30 am Hun-Free Fridge in The Spring

From 1.30 pm Knit and Natter Group (knitting & board games) - All welcome £3 per person

Wednesday 10th April

CAMEO lunchtime meal in the Spring – the Café is closed

From 11.30 am CAMEO meal (Come And Meet Each Other)

Thursday 11^th April

From 10.00 am to 2.30 pm Café open for tea/coffee, pastries & cakes
Friday 12th April

From 10.00 am to 2.30 pm Café open for tea/coffee, pastries & cakes
From 1.45 pm Hun-Free Fridge in The Spring

Saturday 13^th April

9.30 am Prayers in the Church
