NEXT SCARBOROUGH DEANERY SYNOD MEETING

All Deanery Synod meetings are now open meetings to which all are invited. The next meeting is on Monday 13th March in the Spring Cafe, Hunmanby at 7.30pm. Refreshments served from 7.00pm. The guest speaker is Venerable John Day, York Diocese Advisor for Growing Healthy Churches. There will also be time for questions.

3 Talking Jesus: As part of our Deanery commitment to enable and equip people to lead locally, there is a training day led by Revd Jake Madin on Saturday 22^nd April. The Talking Jesus Course equips people to share their faith in a natural way. The invitation is for you to attend this training day in order to lead the course locally and equip others! CHURCH OPEN ON SATURDAY MORNINGS IN MARCH

The church is open for visits and private prayer on the Saturdays in March from 10.00am to 12 noon. Many thanks to those who have kindly agreed to church-sit.

LEPROSY MISSION USED STAMP DONATIONS

The last time you can donate used stamps for The Leprosy Mission is by the end of March please. NB The new bar-coded stamps are not collectable.

SINGING GROUP

Every SECOND and FOURTH Tuesday of the month 10.30am till 12 noon. You are welcome to join us to exercise your vocal cords, socialise and enjoy coffee and cake ( as well as keep warm!).

SATURDAY PRAYERS

Spring Café open 10.00am - 2.00pm Drinks and cakes available -

CAMEO (Come and meet each other) meal from 12noon onwards - set price of £5.50 for 2-course meal with a drink

Friday 10th March

Spring Cafe open 9.00am—1.00pm

From 12noon Community Meal - suggested donation of £3.00 to cover costs

from 1.45pm Hun-Free Fridge (Free food for all to avoid it going to waste) in Spring café

Saturday 11th March

HUN-FREE COMMUNITY FRIDGE: (Please note - each session will close when all the food has gone)

HunFree the Hunmanby Community Fridge will operate on Monday morning from 9.30am and Friday afternoon from 1.45pm when tea/coffee will be available.
